Leonid Belyaev was born and and grew up in Moscow, graduated from the Moscow Institute of Radio-engineering, Electronics and Automation.
From 1992 till 2000 Mr. Belyaev worked in LANIT holding, started as software developer and progressed to the head of Sales department.
In 2000 Mr. Belyaev began to work in Moscow office of Cisco systems as Corporate Relations Manager with companies from financial and industrial sectors and with international customers. Simultaneously he acted as Business Development Manager in Uzbekistan, launched Cisco Academy and run the project of opening Cisco office in Tashkent.
In 2006 Mr. Belyaev was employed by the Moscow office of Dell company, where he was the head of Corporate Decisions department (focused on server sales and data storage systems). Took part in the launch of Dell-Russia service support. 
Since May 2008 Mr. Belyaev is assigned as a CEO of AT Software company.
