Russian Automobile Partnership, Moscow
The customer transforms Call center from Nortel platform into Avaya platform. To control calls, call center operator uses client with graphic interface. It was required to provide correct work of the client with Avaya station with call control interface.
ActiveX component, responsible for corresponding interface and functionality, was implemented with the use of TSAPI SDK. All appropriate documents with component description were prepared.
